We believe the key of the patent in both prosecution and litigation in Japan is a translation and provide outstanding quality of translations. In our service, the translation of foreign language documents is conducted only by our in-house team, most of whom are patent attorneys that have expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies and are experienced in drafting patent claims/specifications, domestic prosecution and foreign prosecution.
Design and Trademark
UIP PATENT AGENCY have an outstanding track record in the design field, filing around 100 design applications a year and have a lot of knowledge.
